Make sure Location Services are enabled for Premo in your device settings and set to 'While Using the App'.

Why am I not receiving parking reminders?

Check that notifications are enabled for Premo in your device settings and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't blocking alerts.

How do I report an incorrect parking rule?

Use the in-app reporting feature, or send us the street name, suburb, and a photo of the sign if possible.

How long does support take to respond?
